The Olearia Kennel began
in 1982 with an Adoram Bitch and then a Panevors dog. Both
worked well in Obedience but were not suitable for showing.
Chesara Dark Francesca was the kennels first show bitch and
produced a beautiful litter to Ch. Poirot Led Zeplin.
Olearia's Harvey's Mean Machine J.W. my first show male gained
2 C.C's and sired Ch. Rottsann Soldier Blue at Olearia J.W. Other Olearia Champions include: Ch Olearia Salina, Ch Olearia Shooting Star J.W, Ch Olearia Blaze of Gold, Ch Olearia Golden Touch. Olearia proudly owned Ch.Fantasa White Gold, Lucy, who was the bitch C.C. record holder for many years with 27 C.Cs and also Ch.Vormund Walk on Water our first Akita

In 2010, Ch Olearia Golden Touch, Stan, gained his Champion title and then in 2011 followed in his brothers footsteps winning Midland Rottweiler Club’s next ‘Top Rottweiler’ having already won their ‘Top Junior’ in 2007. |

| In 2009, Ch Olearia Blaze of Gold, Joe, won Midland Rottweiler Club’s ‘Top Rottweiler’ and went on to gain his title of Champion. Then in 2010, he won BOB at Crufts and Group 1 and with the help of his brother Stan (Ch Olearia Golden Touch) and sister Cassie (Olearia Gold Dust 2C.Cs), his sire, Virton Royal Venture of Olearia and dam, Olearia Glory Be, went ‘Top Stud Dog’ and ‘Top Brood Bitch’ in the same year!! In 2011 Joe won BOB again at Crufts and Group 4. | |
